Description:
A crewmember from a Wildland Fire Module (WFM) assigned to the Coffee Pot Fire, Sequoia-Kings Canyon National Park, slipped and fell and injured lower back and right leg. The crewmember was medevacked via helicopter to Visalia, California. The crewmember was treated and released with several medications and light duty restrictions.
