Description:

On September 8, 2025, the Region 6 Zigzag IHC was working on the Emigrant Fire on the Willamette National Forest. The crew was engaged in firefighting efforts on Division M when a crewmember sustained significant injuries from a tree strike. The firefighter was transported to a nearby hospital.
