Description:
Incident Management Teams (IMT) throughout the country have seen an uptick in hostility and frustration from the public as large fires dominate the landscape during their assignments. In several of these incidents, IMTs have felt the need to be proactive and develop active shooter plans. The Southwest Area IMT Team 4 has developed a plan that may assist other IMTs in developing their own plans.
