Description:
A U.S. Forest Service contract Water Tender driver was involved in a vehicle accident on the August Complex (South) on the Mendocino National Forest. The patient was treated on scene by Forest Service EMTs and transported via Agency helicopter to a hospital. The extent of injuries are unknown. The patient was released from the hospital two days after being admitted.
