Description:
BLM Fuels employee Spence Cowley was conducting fuels project work and returning to the office when he felt symptoms of a heart attack, called 911, and was transported via ambulance to the hospital where he later succumbed to his condition. Cowley had worked for the BLM in fire management, fuels, and prescribed fir for 23 years.
