  • Description:

    While doing the Work Capacity Test, the employee was approximately 50 yards from the start point/turn around on his second lap when another employee passed him and noticed he was having a hard time. An EMT ran to the employee and transferred him to the local Emergency Room in the EMT's work truck. The employee was then transferred to a Boise Hospital where it was determined that he had suffered a heart attack.
