Description:
An engine crewmember stepped into a hot stump hole during mop-up operations. The firefighter received initial treatment from a local fire department assigned to the fire, and was transported to the hospital in an agency vehicle. The firefighter was referred to a burn center for follow-up by initial attending physician.
