    During live fire training at a local military base, two engine modules were engaged in mobile attack with a firefighter at the front of each engine using a 25-foot length of hose attached to the front bumper discharge. Both module leaders were nearby providing oversight to the operations and had nearly hooked the head of the fire when two firefighters received burn injuries to their elbows. Neither firefighter initially knew they had been burned but later experienced discomfort and blistering on their elbows.
