Description:
On the Burnt Peak Fire on the Kootenai National Forest in Montana, an employee experienced chest pain, dizziness, and numbness. EMTs provided first aid and evaluated the patient. This medical incident was categorized as “Red”. Both an ambulance and Life Flight were ordered. The patient was transferred to the ambulance and then to Life Flight which flew to the Kootenai Medical Center in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
