    A member of a hand crew falling team was struck on the head and shoulders by a falling tree during falling operations on the Cedar Creek Fire, Oregon. The firefighter was extracted from the injury site by a Rapid Extraction Module Support unit (REMS), then transported by ambulance to the hospital.
