Description:
On the Character Complex on the Idaho Panhandle National Forest, a contract firefighter was struck by a 10-inch DBH tree while working in a burn area. A contract ambulance transported the patient to the hospital for additional screening. The firefighter was released after screening determined that no broken bones or additional injuries were present.
