Description:
An employee sponsored by the Cibola National Forest collapsed while performing the Work Capacity Test (WCT) or "Pack Test." A Forest Service EMT and a local fire department ambulance were on site and responded immediately. Patient was transported by ambulance to the hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where the employee was admitted on 3/08/2024 and remained overnight. As of 3/09/2024, the employee was scheduled to have a heart stent procedure.
