    On July 6, 2006 four firefighters were involved in an entrapment and burnover while attempting a frontal assault and backfire operation on the Clubhouse Fire, CRA-118-2006 on the Cheyenne River Agency. A two-vehicle accident occurred after the entrapment involving two of the four firefighters involved in the entrapment. All four firefighters are Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) employees from Cheyenne River Agency.
