    Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest: A contract firefighter working as a swamper received a three-inch laceration on one of his legs just above the boot. The patient was stabilized by U.S. Forest Service EMTs and taken to the Leavenworth Hospital for stitches then released to light duty.
