Description:
While sleeping in the designated sleeping area on the Crazy Creek Fire, Ochoco National Forest, Oregon, a crewmember from an interagency hotshot crew (IHC) was run over by a vehicle. Initially suspected to have significant leg injuries, the firefighter was taken by ground ambulance to the hospital. The crewmember was treated and released with a week to 10 days of light duty.
