Water Tender Incident -
Description:
Two water tenders had just filled up and started heading down the road to Drop Point 55. Due to the dusty road conditions, the second tender operator dropped back in an effort to let the dust settle. Next, that second tender operator called the first tender operator to inform that he'd gone off the road. The first tender operator couldn't turn around, so backed up the road. When he got to the second tender operator he found him sitting on the bank above the rolled tender. He asked him if he was okay and he said he was. There were no signs of injury. When asked what had happened, the tender operator recalled a bump, then waking up in the truck with oil dripping on him. He couldn’t get the door open, so he had to kick the front window out to get himself out.
