Description:
A logger/firefighter named Frank Starr died of a cerebral hemorrhage in Cochran, Washington County, Oregon. Soon after his death, his home was destroyed when fire swept the town. The death was reported at the same time as the entrapment of a crew in the same part of the Tillamook forest area. No serious injuries or fatalities were reported in the entrapment, which lasted an entire day.
