Description:
Cecil Gehr, Chief of Los Angeles County Fire, was fatally injured in vehicle accident while responding to the Gold Fire, a brush fire on the Angeles National Forest near Little Tujunga Canyon, California. Gehr was driving alone through Burbank with lights and sirens on when a private vehicle collided with Gehr's vehicle. The driver of the other vehicle sustained minor injuries.
