    On Monday, March 20, the Poteau-Cold Springs Ranger District on the Ouachita National Forest (ONF) in Arkansas was preparing to conduct the 3,673-acre Harvey Prescribed Fire (Rx). During afternoon operations, a firefighter from Region 5, assigned to the ONF for prescribed fire, received a burn injury while using a drip torch in heavy “briar.”
