Heat Transfer Burn Injury 2014

To capture lessons from what occurred on this drip torch burn injury incident, a Facilitated Learning Analysis (FLA) was conducted two months after this incident on the second day after the Firefighter returned to work . The FLA Team worked with individuals involved to identify the conditions that led to this event and discuss how those on the scene made sense of what occurred. These first-person narratives were related to the FLA Team and highlighted in the FLA with the goal of sharing learning.
