Description:
This IMT has made organizational changes to place the MEDL under the supervision of the CIMT Safety Officer. They have developed forms in addition to the ICS 206 and 8-line that are used when an IWI occurs. These forms delineate roles, responsibilities and timelines for each Section Chief and associated Unit Leaders. Section Chiefs report to predesignated areas in fire camp when IWIs occur and are notified by group text messaging and radio.
