Description:
Hoosier National Forest, Indiana: A firefighter assigned to a prescribed fire was found unresponsive at the conclusion of the prescribed burn. EMTs on site started CPR and utilized an AED and were able to reestablish breathing and a heartbeat. The individual was life flighted to a hospital in Louisville, KY, where a stint was put in place. The individual is sedated and recovering at the hospital.
