Description:
On Saturday, May 1, 2021, during implementation of a prescribed burn, it was discovered that ignitions had occurred in an unharvested timber harvest unit, killing a few trees and scorching others. Roughly a week later it was also discovered that a pile burn had crept into another unharvested unit scorching trees identified for harvest under the same timber sale contract.
