Description:
Two Interagency Hotshot Crew crewmembers on the Lion Fire were evaluated by EMTs for possible dehydration. The two were flown by agency aircraft to Mammoth Airport, met by ground ambulance, and transported to a local hospital. Both crewmembers were treated and released back to the incident that evening.
