Description:
An Interagency Hotshot crewmember on the Lion Fire suffered a foot (heel) injury. The crewmember was evaluated by EMTs and then flown by agency aircraft to Mammoth Airport, was met there by ground ambulance and transported to a local hospital. The patient was evaluated and released to light duty pending a specialist evaluation.
