Description:
A crewmember on an Interagency Hotshot Crew (IHC) working on the Lookout Fire, Willamette National Forest, Oregon, became overheated, began to cramp, and feel generally ill then sat down around 1330. His fellow crewmembers helped him up leading to him losing consciousness and demonstrating seizure type activity. He regained consciousness but remained disoriented. A nearby paramedic responded and performed a field assessment resulting in transport to the hospital in an incident ambulance.
