    The Bureau of Land Management's Office of Fire and Aviation was notified on October 20, 2000, that the Mt. Como Prescribed Fire  had escaped and that a Type 2 Incident Management Team was being assigned. On October 23, it  was agreed that a National Review would be conducted following the procedures outlined in the Interim Prescribed Fire Guidance (IM OF&A 2000­20). The review occurred on October 25-26, 2000.
