Description:
A faller working on the Nelder Grove project, Sierra National Forest, California, was struck on the left shoulder by a treetop during tree felling operations. The faller was carried out and transported via ground ambulance to Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno, with what was believed to be a broken clavicle.
