Description:
On October 16, 2017, at 0650 hours, a vehicle accident occurred involving a private water tender assigned to the Southern LNU Complex fire in Napa County, California. The accident occurred on the Oakville Grade Road approximately one mile from the top of the grade. The water tender was traveling eastbound down the grade when the vehicle went off the roadway and rolled over onto its top. The result of the accident was a fatal injury to the driver
