Description:
Between October 26 and November 4, Orange County, California experienced three major fires: Stagecoach, Laguna, and Ortega. Combined the fires burned 36,000 acres and destroyed or severely damaged 469 homes. The Laguna Fire was the most destructive wildfire in terms of property damage in Orange County history to that time. There were no fatalities.
