  • Description:

    A firefighter fell into an ash pit while conducting a pile burning operation on the Plumas National Forest. She was treated by Forest Service EMTs and then transported via agency vehicle to a local hospital and then transferred to the UC Davis Burn Center. She was released to two weeks of light duty and follow-up examinations.
