Description:
James Campbell, a firefighter with a hand crew contracted through the Oregon Department of Forestry, was struck and killed by a falling snag on the Pryor Fire, Willamette National Forest. Campbell's crew was engaged in line construction on the 750-acre fire when a snag fell and struck him, killing him instantly.
