Description:
A Division Supervisor (DIVS) on the Rough Patch Complex, Oregon, attempted a face-to-face meeting to improve communications with a Falling Module who were working alone along a Forest Service road. The DIVS narrowly escaped injury when his truck was struck by a tree during felling operations.
