Description:
On August 21st 2016, at approximately 1420, a Bureau of Land Management (BLM) dozer was overtaken by the flame front of the Sand Ledges Fire. The DZIA (initial attack dozer) trainee sustained no injuries; however, the dozer sustained heat-related damage, but was still operable.
