Description:
At approximately 0645 on 06/05/2014 chase truck U3665 returning from the Skunk Fire was involved in a vehicle accident. After experiencing a tire failure, U3665 swerved but did not impact other vehicles. A public vehicle subsequently made contact with the rear of the chase truck. No injuries were reported.
