    On October 18, 2000, at approximately 1300 hours, two nearly simultaneous incidents occurred on two separate divisions of a 10-15 acre wildland fire in Calaveras County, California. The results of these two incidents were first and second degree burns to three California Department of Forestry firefighters and a twisted knee and ankle to another California Department of Forestry firefighter.
