  • Description:

    While responding to the Green Fire on the Orleans Ranger District, a utility vehicle trailing the Hotshot Crew Hauls lost control along a sharp corner traveling North on South Fork Mt. road (Route 1) at mile post 30. The vehicle went over the embankment approx. 80 ft. striking a large tree. The driver was found by another agency module with no noticeable injuries. The driver was taken to Redwood Memorial Hospital in Fortuna California for precautionary reasons. The driver was cleared and released.
