    On the Swan Lake Fire on the Chugach National Forest a Beckwourth Hotshot Crewmember working as a swamper was struck by an object, possibly a stress-bound limb or a snag top (no one witnessed the event) and briefly lost conciseness. The Firefighter was assisted by U.S. Forest Service EMTs to a ground ambulance and then driven to a hospital. The Firefighter was evaluated and released.
