  • Description:

    On the Trail Mountain Fire on the Manti-La Sal National Forest, an Interagency Hotshot Crew member fell on his pulaski. He was stabilized by a Forest Service EMT, short-hauled to a landing zone, then transported via ground to the Price Valley Hospital in Utah. The patient received stitches and was released to light duty.
