Tree on Vehicle 2013

On September 20, 2013, a crew was working on a roadside hazard tree removal project along Forest Service 582 Road on the Boise National Forest. While work was ongoing, a member of the public drove through the work area. Work stopped as the car drove by. The car turned around and returned the way it came, while a sawyer had returned to work. The 3" DBH, 30' tall tree they were cutting fell onto the civilian vehicle. The car sustained a small dent and there were no injuries.
