Twin Peaks IA Crew Vehicle Accident 2021

On June 11, Twin Peaks Initial Attack, a Utah Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands (FFSL) Type 2 IA crew, had a vehicle that was impacted by a soft shoulder that resulted in the vehicle being pulled from the road grade and rolling over the embankment. The vehicle—carrying four crewmembers—rolled twice, landing on its wheels in an upright position. No injuries to crewmembers were reported. The vehicle sustained substantial damage and had to be removed and transported via wrecker
