Description:
George Dodge, a farmer from Wilkinsville, Massachusetts, was killed when he was overcome by fire on April 26, 1911. Dodge had been missing during fire suppression efforts on this 1,000 acre wildfire. He was found burned and deceased in terrain that had been burned by the fire.
