Description:
John Patrick, a firefighter from Sandpoint, Idaho, died suddenly while engaged suppressing the Yaak Fire in northwest Montana. Patrick was employed by the US Forest Service estimated to be between 50 and 60 years of age. The cause of death was apparently a sudden medical emergency.
